It now has been further extended to include following points
- Earlier there was only one Overtime Policy per organization, however it has now been extended to multiple overtime policies.
- Further, these policies can be applied to employees as required (i.e. between any dates). Thus, an employee can have one Overtime Policy on Workday, while different on Weekly Off. An Employee can have only one policy on any given date.
- With respect to application of overtime policy, employees can be categorized into
- Labour: These are granted Payment in lieu of Overtime
- Staff: These are granted Compensatory Off in lieu of Overtime
- Management: These are not granted in Overtime
